If a necklace breaks in the first six months, the company will send the customer a shipping label and replace it. If it breaks after that, the customer will need to pay the shipping to send the necklace to the company, then Mialisia will replace the necklace and pay for it to be shipped back to the customer. If the necklace has been discontinued, the customer will receive company credit to purchase another item from the website. Sean ended by saying, "we want to have a Costco level of return policies. People shop at Costco because they know they can return any item they have problems with, no questions asked. We want to do the same." This is the kind of integrity that I have come to expect from Anneliese and Sean. It does not surprise me at all that they would insist on the same kind of integrity for their business. |
